3D Print is kind of value added Manufacturing Processes. Value added manufacturing techniques are known by the technical term “3D Printing – 3 Dimentional Printing”.

3D Print is a 3-sided object processed by stacking some material layers. A material layer sticks to the next one until perform an object. All objects are produced by 3D type files such as CDA, MRI, etc.

The flexibility of 3D printing technology helps the engineers design various forms easily without other supporting devices. It is also helpful for manufacturers to produce medical devices tailored to individual requirements of each patient or special complex medical devices. This special ability brings together many benefits of 3D technology in manufacturing medical devices and other products such as food, consumer goods, car and building accessories, etc.

As the first company in Vietnam applies 3D Print Technology in manufacturing specialized medical devices for patients, we desire to provide high-quality products and the best support for all patients in Vietnam. We are currently collaborating with some hospitals in Vietnam such as Cho Ray Hospital, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Cancer Hopital, Gia Dinh Hospital, Vinmec Hospital, … to design and produce the implants to replace jaw bones, femur and tibia in a world first. As the result, the first step has been successful, greatly exceeding previous treatment methods. 3D Print Technology has helped doctors perform targeted surgeries, reducing surgery time, hastening rehabilitation and enhancing overall beautiful appearance.
